If you are looking for a unique, indoor wedding venue where the ceremony and reception happen all in one place, you’ve found it. Say “I Do” in our one-of-a-kind industrial chapel and then move down the hall to our main space to celebrate and dance underneath the chandeliers and string lights. We offer Friday, Saturday and Sunday wedding rentals with the option of day-before access for decorating and rehearsal.

One Day Rental

Access for one day wedding rental begins at 10am and concludes at Midnight. Ceremony space is included and can seat a maximum of 250 guests. All tables and chairs are included for up to 300 guests in the reception room. Price and access time does remain the same if ceremony is offsite.

Two Day Rental

There is plenty of time to decorate with a one day rental, but if you would like to reserve the day before for rehearsal and decorating, it can free up time on your wedding day for more pictures and a more relaxed schedule. Day-before rental would include access to the building from 4-10 pm the day before your wedding.

Day-before access is an option for couples to add to their rental 3 months prior to their wedding date if the date is still available, please note that day-before access is not available for Sunday weddings.

We do host monthly open houses for booked couples creating a time for your ceremony rehearsal to take place the month before your wedding for free.

Day-of Event Insurance

R&R does require a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with Rim & Rail LLC listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost for third party event insurance starts at $175 (We recommend WedSafe). Prices vary when using an existing homeowners policy, please contact your agent.

What does a wedding day look like at R&R?

Our team will open the doors on your wedding day at 10am for you and your vendors. Decorating can begin right away and the ready rooms are available for your bridal party. An onsite team member will be there all day to keep our building running smoothly and assist vendors. See our frequently asked questions page for more about day-of duties for R&R Team Members.

The newly constructed ceremony space is separate from the main reception room. You will fall in love with this elegant industrial chapel-like space with lots of natural light. Up to 200 guests can be seated in oak pews and an additional 50 guests can be seated in metal bistro chairs for a total capacity of 250. A large center aisle will lead to an open altar space and the original steal beams are exposed above. Check Facebook page for the latest updates.

After you say “I Do” your guests will walk down the hall to our main space where you can enjoy the night under the chandeliers. Round and farmhouse tables with metal bistro chairs for up to 300 guests are included, along with a selection of cake, gift and cocktail tables. You get to completely design your layout for the head table, dance floor and guest tables to create your wedding vision.

Included in the rental fee:

Ceremony space for up to 250 guests with an in house speaker system (microphone and lapels included).

  • DJ table- unique farmhouse table sturdy enough for lots of sound equipment

Covered outdoor patio and space for lawn games (cornhole and yard jenga available)

Catering prep space- tables, private restroom, hand sink, designated double doors for loading/unloading

Your budget is important to us.

You are in total control of your budget, so there are no hidden fees, taxes are included and we do not charge an additional gratuity fee. We do not have guest count minimums or make a cut of the caterer or vendors you hire. Lastly, there is only one “add-on” fee:

Slideshow Package $100

If a slideshow is something you have to have for cocktail hour or before toasts, we can help. We have a projector, powered screen and a suspended speaker for pictures and videos. An onsite team member would test the slideshow before your wedding day, use our laptop and be the one to press play at the right moment. This small fee covers the coordination of playing the slideshow and ensures that after you email your finished slideshow to us, it plays on your wedding day.

**This is not a hook-up fee and your hired DJ cannot use this speaker to use for dancing.
