Investment and What’s Included
Our West Michigan Wedding Venue is the spot to say “I Do. ” If you are seeking a unique, indoor wedding venue where the ceremony and reception happen all in one place, you’ve found it.
Start your forever together in our one-of-a-kind industrial chapel and then move down the hall to our main space to celebrate and dance underneath the chandeliers and string lights. We offer Friday, Saturday, and Sunday wedding rentals with the option of day-before access for decorating and rehearsal.

Wedding Investment

Access for the entire wedding day, rental begins at 10 am and concludes at Midnight. Ceremony space is included and can seat a maximum of 250 guests. All tables and chairs are included for up to 300 guests in the reception room. Price and access time do remain the same if the ceremony is offsite.

*Please note there is a $1000 premium for Friday + Saturday dates that fall within a holiday weekend. A Sunday of a Holiday Weekend is the price of a Saturday.

The Space:

  • Covered outdoor patio with dreamy string lights and space for lawn games (cornhole and yard jenga included)

  • Heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort

  • Endless photo ops onsite and walking distance from R&R (photo map provided in the client portal)

Event Details:

  • Generous 14 hours of access 10am - Midnight

  • Thousands of included decor pieces for you to choose from-ALL INCLUDED

  • Custom setup will be complete prior to access so the space is ready for you to decorate

  • Complete post-event tear-down and cleaning (R&R Staff will collect all borrowed decor)

Included Furniture Options:

  • 3 different styles of sweetheart tables

  • 28 60” round tables (seats 8)

  • Ten 8-foot wooden farmhouse tables (seats 8)

  • 10 30” cocktail tables

  • Variety of soft seating around the main space and entry hall

  • Three 5-foot side tables (Cake, gift, etc.)

  • Six 8-foot-long tables for catering, side tables, etc.


Rehearsal / Decorating Pricing

There is plenty of time to decorate with a one-day rental, but if you would like to reserve the day before for rehearsal and decorating, it can free up time on your wedding day for more pictures and a more relaxed schedule.

Day-before access is an option for couples to add to their rental 3 months prior to their wedding date if the date is still available, please note that day-before access is not available for Sunday weddings.

We aim to host monthly open houses for booked couples creating a time for your ceremony rehearsal to take place the month before your wedding for free.

$100 per hour, access must be before 5:30 pm. This is a time for you to rehearse or start the decorating early!

*no rehearsal dinner or alcohol during this time

Day-of-Event Insurance

R&R requires you to secure liability insurance for your event. This will provide peace of mind to you as the event host for any rare but possible accidents. We ask that it be a $1,000,000 event insurance policy with R&R Weddings and Events LLC listed as the additional insured along with Host Liability if you plan to have alcohol. We recommend WedSafe or EventHelper. Prices vary when using an existing homeowners policy, please contact your agent.


What does a wedding day look like at R&R?

You will be welcomed at 10 am by our team on your wedding day. Decorating can begin right away and the ready rooms are available for your bridal party. An onsite team member will be there all day to keep our building running smoothly and assist vendors. See our frequently asked questions page for more about day-of duties for R&R Team Members.

The ceremony space is separate from the main reception room. You will fall in love with this elegant industrial chapel-like space with lots of natural light. Up to 250 guests. A large center aisle leads to an open altar space and the original steel beams are exposed above - simply stunning and a blank canvas for you to make your own.

After you say “I Do” your guests will walk down the hall to our main space where you can enjoy the night under the chandeliers. Round and long farmhouse tables with metal bistro chairs for up to 300 guests are included, along with a selection of cake, gift, and cocktail tables and most importantly you get access to our included decor closet!

Once the dancing ends at 11 pm (believe us - your dancing feet will be ready for a break!), our team will begin to collect any of our borrowed decor and remove the table trash. You are just responsible to remove any personal items or decor you brought in by midnight. We do offer an “End of the Night” package, check it out below!

Your budget is important to us.

You are in total control of your budget, so there are no hidden fees, taxes are included and we do not charge an additional gratuity fee. We do not have a guest count minimum or require a per-person fee.

There are two services that are optional that are not included in your rental:

  • End of Night Package for $500. An R&R staff member(s) would pack up all decor and make it available for you to pick up on the next business day between 9am-12pm. This allows you, your family, and your friends to enjoy your evening together without the added hassle at the end of the evening. If this is something you’re interested in please reach out to our team!

  • Arch Rentals: We offer thousands of pieces of decor included but we also have a selection of large wedding arches that have a small fee of $100. We will set it up for you and remove it. We do have a few that are included.
